i think this design is good because it comes with a good intention of safety precaution.
its mainly designed for the blind so that they will be able to be ware and not walk any further in case they fall into the track.
This design is also commonly seen near traffic lights..
with the same purpose of giving advance warning to the disabled, it also build in the button to activate the green man. I believe, this can also benefits the blind as they are not able to see where the button is, by standing on the design, it warns the user not to continue further and also, it helps them to activate for the traffic light, so that they will be able to cross safely.
i saw this lamp while shopping at ikea..
even though its a simple table lamp.
i think that its thoughtful enough to be able to fold, rotate and twist.
user will be able to adjust the lights according to their preferences.
The materials used also have good quality so that it doesnt break easily.
i am not sure what is the name of the material.
but it was being considered well because when i touched it, the surface wasnt warm.
and at the same time, the heat from the light wouldnt melt the material.

this design caught my attention as well.
my mum cooks soup everyday(almost)
and sometimes, the soup will be spilted when poured into the bowl.
(due to the round surface )
hence, with this design,i think that its creative because it allow me to scoop the soup out from the pot, and then pour them neatly into a bowl without spiling it out all over.
and find this funny.
recently,i find it a hassle to change my appointment date.
took me so long before i could talk to a human.
its consider troublesome design huh?~
